Parish Pastoral Council
Needs Additional Leaders

Are you interested in St. Isidore and what happens to us as a parish in the future? Can you look to the future and envision what will be good for the parish? If you answered “Yes”, there is a place for you on the Parish Pastoral Council.

Some may believe that the parish is run by the pastor and the staff. In reality, Fr. Ron is responsible for the parish, but relies on the council to help set direction. The Parish Pastoral Council act as consulters, facilitators, and leaders of the parish. The PPC also sets the groundwork for the future of the parish by assisting and identifying the spiritual, pastoral, and physical needs of the parish. This past year we established new Vision and Mission Statements which will lead to new goals.

The Council meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month from September to June. The term for a member is only 2 years. This means the commitment is for 20 meetings in 2 years. This year, we will be filling 5 vacant positions.

If you are interested, or know someone that you think would be a good parish leader and be capable of caring for the good future of the parish, please fill out the following and return it to the parish office by May 22.
